Tar Heel Capital funds MBO of LiveChat Software Inc. (06.10.2011)
Due to the funding of MBO of LiveChat Software Inc. Tar Heel Capital acquired from a communicator owner GG Network SA a 40% stake of LiveChat Software Inc. LiveChat is the most recognizable polish company that provides SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. Its software is used by more than 1600 clients from all over the world.
